  • Inventory analysis: verification of stock codes and stock level to optimise shipping lead times by means of the availability factor, reducing the fixed capital in the warehouse.
  • Primary packaging: value-added activities for the packaging of material from suppliers for the protection of the same within the supply chain which is a plus in terms of branding
  • Outbound order retrieval and uploading: via AIT Operational Dashboard customer integration/Web Portal/Uploading
  • Picking: based on the distinctive characteristics of the material and the customer’s level of service we are able to manage the picking using different techniques
  • Operational dashboard: unique for each customer for uploading collection and/or shipments, dynamic monitoring of the same, processing, and downloading of success statistics with the innovative preparation of the drop-off route that allows it to be optimised.
  • Shipping: through the use of WMS tools, we identify the individual units, together with all the materials they contain associated with them during the check out phase. We are able to calculate the positioning of the units to ensure the correct unloading sequence by optimising the volume of the collection means. We make sure of the correct shipment when loading the vehicle, checking the goods by radio frequency
  • Check out and packaging: choice of the optimal shipment to guarantee the protection of materials and the volume of outgoing vehicles
  • Returns or rotation: material collected and processed by the customer through the refurbished channel
  • External: for B2B or B2C customers, through order entry, order tracking, and complaint management
  • Internal: for the client for priority management, order tracking
