Our staff has a very high level of professionalism guaranteed by continuous training and the use of the most modern delivery monitoring tools, as well as a profile guaranteed by proven reliability.

Selection

The CORE (centre of recruiting excellence) will follow the selection process which will be divided into three steps:
• Publication of dedicated announcements on MP’s website and social channels, as well as on the main job search sites (Monster, infojobs…)
• Screening of CVs received and telephone interviews
• Group assessment and individual interviews during which the real skills of each candidate will be verified (foreign languages, propensity to sell and to interact with the public)

Training

With the support of the training company in the group, we will ensure that employees attend specific courses in the following areas:
• Health and Safety in the workplace
• Training on issues related to the specificity of the activities, through e-learning platforms or in the classroom
• On the job training, specific to the job. This training activity will be agreed with DHL and multi-location training can be provided via Skype for business or in the classroom
• The dedicated work team, with the support of the other offices indicated above, will proceed with identifying back-up employees for the management of the physical turnover and any peaks or extra requests for activities

Flexibility

Our contracts provide for a trial period, which will allow us to evaluate the asset while it is in progress
• In the contractual forms defined for this project, we will guarantee flexibility on shifts from Monday to Friday, guaranteeing the activity in the requested bands
